Sometimes when visions come to me during either a Dream state, while I am sleeping in a sound way. At first I don't notice where the dream ends, and the vision begins, but it creeps in like a myst, and begins to develope itself.

When I finally realize it is a vision about something. I try to go over again, and again in my Mental alerted state the last few minutes several times so that when I awake. I will be able to remember it, and if it is a really good vision. One that is important for me to know about, and take care of. I will write it down, or wait till it finished, then wake myself up to write down the most important details about it to take care of later after awaken in the normal hours of the morning.

This way I don't allow the vision to interfere with my Sleep, since a lot of what I receive in daily Telepathic requests for help are keeping me busy these days. Though when I do decypher My Visions. I look at it squarely as what each of the symbols mean to me, and maybe to the Spirit or Person that is sending Me these Visions could mean to them. Then I crystalize each of these Symbols into a Reality Means that could discribe something that the Spirit, or Person wants to convey to me into something tangable for me to either learn about them, or take care of for them.

From there I forcus my thoughts on Reaching out into the Telemitry Cyber space, and do what research I can to find anything similar that can explain where this or that part of the vision could be. When I find it, I begin to look for other clues that find either like or similar to the visions discription of what happened to that Person or Spirit. Once I figure it all out, and find out that They either need a healing to cross over, or to find a location of that relative in order for them to say they are sorry for the damage they caused, and are now going to cross over.  This is when I figure I have done something good for someone else, and I feel the release inside of Myself for help this Person or Spirit, and I sense their release and Pleasure too.
