For the Second half of the Uncasting is left up to the Spirit Realm which hires Spirits of Light who want to help the World, and gain Their Financial Abilities to gain access to resources within the Spirit Realm for their Temporary Comforts while waiting to be reincarnated into future Children.

This takes a Great Deal of Time, Energy, Thought, and Work to finish Just One Project at a time before I can go on to the Next Job that I have been asked to do. Otherwise the Caos of Our World would just escalate into a feverish pace to a finite enferno as depicted by Movies of Horror.
