1/2 cup unsweetened coconut

4 cups oats

1 cup chopped almonds

1/4 cup toasted wheat germ

1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds

1/4 cup flax seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

 

Hand toss/mix all of the above

 

Then add 1/3 cup oil and hand toss again

 

Then add 1/2 cup honey and hand toss again

 

Bake at 300* for 25 minutes

 

Add raisins after baking.

 

Make sure to use the same cup for the oil and the honey. By adding the oil first the honey will not stick to the cup   :)

1/2 cup raisins
