TRY THIS FLAVORFUL BBQ MARINADE ON CHICKEN, BEEF OR PORK
- ONE CUP TERRIAKI SAUCE
- ONE CUP SOY SAUCE
- ONE PIECE GINGER ROOT (ABOUT ½” LONG)
- SIX CLOVES GARLIC (MINCED)
- JUICE OF ONE LEMON OR 2 TBSP LIQUID LEMON JUICE
- DASH OF TABASCO SAUCE
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A LARGE FREEZER BAG PLACE MEAT IN BAG AND COAT THROUGHLY WITH MARINADE, LET SIT IN REFRIDGERATOR 3 HOURS, RECOAT AND PLACE BAG ON OTHER SIDE, LET MARINADE FOR ANOTHER 3 HOURS AND YOU'RE READY TO GRILL.
