A VERY romantic restaurant

I want to tell every one about the best restaurant I have ever taken my wife to.

But first, you have to ask her out on a "Date". You MUST send the kids away to a babysitter or grandparents for the evening.

The day of your date just take your patio furniture (rent/borrow some) and place them in your garage. You can drape some sheets from the ceiling to "hide the clutter" if you need to. Place a nice table cloth or sheet over the table, get some flowers in a vase or old can, get some candles and set out some nice dishes. I'm sure you have figured it out by now!

Just before your date you can "Get a phone call" or just say that you need to get gas and that you will be right back. You need to get all dressed up because you are taking her to a VERY NICE restaurant. So she will be in doing her hair or something anyhow when you need to slip out the door.

Pre-order some nice take out and go pick it up. Go back home, park in the driveway, and set the food somewhere in the garage.

Back in the house and tell her your running a bit late and its time to go.

Don't forget to open the car door for your amazingly beautiful wife, she did get all dolled up ya'know!

After she gets in the car just pull forward a few feet, place the car in park, turn off the ignition (She will start getting confused) get out of the car, walk around and open her door, put your hand out and ask her to take your hand.

Now she is downright dumbfounded and wondering what the heck.

Walk her to the garage and open the big door. Now she sees the table all set up and all the effort that you went through to spend time with her. Just her. All alone.

If she asks you simply tell her you love her! Tell her that you heard about this very romantic little restaurant where you and her could be alone, all alone, a place where only you and her could be, a place where you could gaze out the window at the life you have built together. Open the bottle of wine, kool-aid or whatever she enjoys. Have a few sips, talk a bit, then go get the food. Share with her, feed her, make her the most special person in the entire world (even if its only for that moment). If a neighbor walks by, simply smile, take your wife by the hand, tell her you love her and that you will take care of the dishes!

My wife has never forgotten that quaint little restaurant!
