1. I am no lawyer but if Craigslist is charging $5.00 per posting that makes them a Pimp.
2. If Craigslist knows this is going on and does nothing then yes they should be charged.
3. I have read reports that most of Craigslist traffic is from the hooker sections.
4. The fact that they have a section for hookers will not do well in a court of law.
5. This will make 3 lawsuits going for Craigslist at one time, in 2 different states, can you say lower profits.
6. I am curious how ebay who owns a portion of Craigslist will take to being associated with hookers. Will this result in a forth lawsuit.
7. Finally I wonder if other law enforcement departments will do the same.
