I'm not a blogger just someone with a question. What ever happened to the person on the other end of the phone line?

You call up a company and push this button, then that button, then enter this number, then push that button, then enter this number and push this button again. Then you get the pleasure of waiting 4-5 minutes for the computer to ask you if you want to continue holding? That means pushing another button. Then someone gets on the phone, listens to you for a maximum of 12 seconds then tells you that you have the wrong department.

Now this person says please hold, you here several beeps (her pushing a few buttons) and a few moments of silence. Then a computer comes on the line and asks you to push this button, then that button, then enter this number and push that button.

I'm young but I am just too old for this! It's a no wonder that our economy is in the crapper! I mean no company cares anymore yet wants their money NOW!

It's just so frustrating.
