That is a Great Point, and one More that needs to be spoken of for others to think about. That in the Beginning our Bill of Rights to Bear Arms, Freedom of Speach, etc, and the Constitution of our Laws was intented to help all New and Present Americans to have the Freedoms without being abused by the Governments of England, and Europe who were at that time oppressing the People of what They felt were their Inalliable Rights to the above mentioned areas of Peace, and Security.

Though when You really look at what People who live here do with it. There is too much Freedom with abuse that gives no peace, and Security in Life, or Death, when People are trying to mourn their Loved ones at a burial sight. 

What is missing from our Bill of Right & Constitution is the missing statement " Without Abuse " for with that Statement We the People would have more National Power to have Freedom without Abuse, and the Abusers who did not think ahead of time of what they were doing in relations to what would be felt, heard, seen, and missed, by their actions. Would be able for the victoms to take to court to reavaluate the course of action to the point of how deep the wounds of Freedoms that these People who were abusing it had an effect on the Victoms, and what that took away from their Peace & Security of Life that they were trying to create for themselves and their Families.

By adding this Sentance to our Bill of Rights, and making anyone who abuses that Statement a Felony based on how deep they abused it by 12 points of Facets of " Integrity, Persistance, Endurence, Self-Control, Mercy, Peace, Joy, Faith, Goodness, Kindness, Patience, and Charity " Which are God's Law. We the People would be able to have more Tranquility, Peace & Security around the World. That Use our Type of Democricy which is an Equil Vote amoungst the People, without having a divided Government. Who all Worship the Same God, in Many Different Family Country Traditional Names, Types, and Lables that all use these 12 facets as a Gauge Marker to Judge the Persons who abuse the Law of that Govenments bill and Constitutional Law by the Majority of Use of the 12 Facets that They acted upon in what ever their activities that They did at that Time, Place, Situation, which the Police, and Shariffs of that Land suspected that Person of that Crime for which He was Presecuted for as a Suspect. In this Way. The People of that Democratic Government will have to fully obey the 12 full facets of the Law, or be classified with A Feloney Mark on Their Name for Abusing the full Majority of the Law, and receiving a Death Sentence by the Counts which is Unfutable. Or a Mistomeanor of the Law by obey The Majority of The 12 Facets of Lhe Law, and having a regular Sentence of the Law which is a few dozen Years to rethink how to Obey the Law and have a Alliby for which to be equitted by the Courts there By be declared Innocent by that same Law.

This is what Goes on in Heaven from What I have seen, and noticed in Visions that We are not Obedient to, and have fallen short of God's Perfection in being His Children, having Total Freedoms that are not Abusive by the visions that I have had as a Psychic. I hope that one day someone does a Law Suite that incorperates everything that I have put down in this comment so that the wording for the Counrts will be fully understood, and be mandered out for the right penalty for that Persons 3/4 Use for a Mistomeanors Penalty. That would mean 9/12 facets of Law would have to be proved by the Lawyer, and to convince a Judge of the Innocents of the Victom that the DA of that City, State, and Country would need to be able to convince the Judge of that Persons Innocents. For without the Major 9/12 Majority of Rule that would not be the most Peace that the Community would be noticing in the Lack of Crime being commited.

For Right Now Police & Shariffs are tired of having to Arrest, Boock, and Hold in Prisons Our Government can not afford for very much longer, because our Ecconamy is not sustaining the level of Convict that the Gangs & Hidden Mafia's are making be convicted. Then sent out to recrute more felony type People Who are weak of not having A  Law that Governs Their Attitudes to resist Temptation of doing any Crime.

That is why The Police & Shariffs are working hand in Hand with Govenment to find ways through trial & error to Fortifying the Law with Penalties that will push back the crimals to doing the right thing, and get a normal Job, and work Legally or face the consequenses of Their Criminal Action.  Death, or Inprisonment for longer than 25 years to send a solid message of what not to look forward to without any deals, and benefits behind bars. We need to send a solid message to them that Prison is not the College of Criminals. Period. Lily
