As Our Government Stands now, With this 2010 out of Controle 2 trillion Dollar Debt that We Owe to the Worlds Bank. It is so Important that Our Government start to think outside the Box in order to gain some sure footing back into the Peoples Government instead of putting ever person in to Slavery Debt that keeps Mankind in the National Poor House.
With this in Mind I was searching for a Book to buy on business. When this title about " The Tipping Point " came into My Interests. Upon Reflecting on how what I know about Econamy and what We Gods, and Goddess have Passed onto Heaven. I realized that if I write about what We do that evens out our Econamy, and made Business, Government, and Living alot more Economical over all, with an Unemployment rate of .06% over all, which is very good. So I thought I would pass on to Earthling what We do for ourselves that had made life more liveable, and less stressfull in the long run.
When a None College Learned Econamist came forward to our Planet Bordon City Meetings, and Offered to revamp our Struggling Debt back when The Jewish Elders in Our Hevenly Temples were being given through The Counrts our New Law of The 12 Facets of Gods Law that balenced our the behavior of all Citizens through our World. Cleeve Masterson a Poor Janitor who was working with the University, and a Great Freind to one of the University Economic Professor Markus S. Barrabis there only when He was finished with his Janitorial rounds, and needed to rest did He start befriending this Professor Barrabis with questions of Math, and Economy, that got him to learn how changes in Government are done by Mathmaticians advisors.
So afterwords He went home, and with a bowered calculator did He run the Numbers of the Citys Yearly budget Taxes, and What Percentage that was reported to be a shortfall from all of the News Papers Reports that said that because of clever Tax Lawyers were able to make the City's Tax budgets fall to their knees in submission to these Tax Lawyers. He came up with a far more sustainable means after He took his findings first to have this Professor look over his Final Paper of a simplier solution to the City Tax Revenue Problem.
Instead He learned ahead by this Professor about some Ancient Laws on The Books that World Allow these Same Lawyers to take even more advantage out of the taxes while making a Killing if they did adopt Cleeves Proceedure to regain some decent footing in the Taxation Laws that was irritating both Normal Working classes, and Busineses over all.
From this Knowledge He went back to the Law Library in Metropolis, and researched all of The Then hidden Loophole Laws on The Continents Law Books, and found 508 + Loopholes that needed to be taken off of the Books first, that would clean that slate for those Lawyers to not be able to reduce the Taxes any more than what was allowed, and after rewriting His Proposal, and having the same Professor reexamine his findings, Who gave him a none credit Grade of an A+ on His Proposal Paper. He was admonished to share this to The Metropolis City Counsel for Adoption for the next fiscal Yarron. What He gave was the Following.
Once The Metropolis City Council Adopted by Cleaning with a Full House vote to revamp The City Law Loopholes for the next fiscal yarron, He Said that if They drop all Income Taxes from all Classes of People, and Business & Operations Tax too on all Businesses, Food, Clothes, Goods, Serves, Air, Water, Banks, Recreation, Vehicals, Sporting Goods & Services, Commodities, Bonds, Courts fees. Fifteen in all. Then only charge 28% on Any Total Property taxes, minus The Standard 1.5% deduction for each Business worked out of That Property Address. No matter how many Business' that One Property Owner was doing Themselves out of that One Business Locations. He Proposed that The only way to even out like an Iron to a Rickled Cloth the taxation constant Ups, and Downs that was Irritating the City Business, and work classes People. It would only take 2-4 Years for this Process to be Well Established into the Countries Econamy so that There would be no more mistaken Uprises, or Protests in front of the Halls of The Governments in Each City accross the Contentants.
So for One Taxed Property Owner of say 18 Total Properties, that uses one out of them with say 6 Different Business's under Their Name, That Property owner would be Taxed 28% minus 6 x's 1.5% standard deductions total Taxation for that Yarron, which ment He was Taxed for his say [ hypothetically ] if He had $299,876,998.00 which would result in being taxed $83,965,559.00 minus 1.5 x's 6 businesses = 9.0 %
which is $7,556,900.31 that is taken away, and would give The Balence to the Tax Revenue Man of $76,408,658.69 with a total taxation of 19% total, which is far more comfortable for the Rich, and Middle Classes which they are trying to get with all of The Tax deductions in the First Place. In this way everybody Wins. The City, The Businesses Owner, and the Property Owner. Everything was paid for, and with less hassels, Arguments, Unneccessary Rebuttles, and Protests where Reduced to 1% by the first of The Next Yarron after it was adopted by Our City of Metropolis Council. The Yarron before.
First They agreed to eraticate all Tax Loophole by the First Day of the First Monthus of the Next Yarron. This gave them Enough time to find ALL OF THE LOOPHOLES OFF THE BOOKS, THAT NORMALLY WOULD BE USED BY ANY TAX LAWYER'S as a ESCAPE HATCH . After 7.5 Monthus They had eraticated every one of 509 Loopholes that they themselves found, and with regular Monthly announcements they installed the New Legislature into the City Charter of the New Tax Law that would take effect the Next First day of the First Monthus.
At first the News Reporters suggested that there would be some real protests on this New Developement, but to everyone surprize there were 98% less protests, Conplaints, and Baulking from The Businesses, and Public over all. His Discovery became a well noted mandate, and he was Recognized before The Press for being the less known Grass Roots Econamist who helped The City regain some lost Revenue, and more Controle over The People Protests who didn't agree with the past Means to gathering the needed City Revenue to pay for all the City's Jobs, that kept the City afloat, and working Smoother over all in just about every area that was being attact before his New Appoach. From this He gained an Award Plaque for saving The City from Ruin, and Debt to the Banks. Metropolis was also able to pay down their Debt to the City " First Metropolis Bank" that was loaning them the money to fund all the needed City Services in 7 Monthus.
After the First Yarron was over, and the Second Yarron came It was reported through the Local News Papers that Riots, Public Displays, Protests were down 99%, and Services were up 94.5%, with a Satisfaction Level for Services Rendered of 99.5%. With a well improved Service Record, and Momentum of speed of Response for Police, Street Cleanup, Park Maintenance, Lighting, Sewer Service, and Now EPA Services have been added the Last 6 Yarrons, with a Satisfaction level within the City Limits of 98%, because of the Outside Criminal Elements cause the 2% Distruction that is not resolved by EPA. So this is miniscule Problem that The DA, and Police Take care of.
Now I know that it is hard for some people to beleive that someone from another Planet can come to The Earth, and take an Interest in the Workings of The Planet for the betterment of all The People, but it is true. That I am an Angle, and Goddess that cares about how The Children of The Planet Earth deal with This Disfunctions, while teaching Them Her Father's Law of the 12 Facets that has redirected the Heaven's into a More Law Abiding Place that Other Planets want to join, and visit more often. In order to cohabitate with everyone that they come and meet. Each Planet is likened to a Cousin, who comes to visit, and be with us for a good time for all.
Maybe, Once I have been able to find, and Heal Lucifer that Earth Calls Devil, and His Two sons of the Triad Deomons, then We can all start to find a Smoother Rythem in The Daily Lives, and Workings of Our Worlds. I mean I can heal his sickness that is called Satarian Disease a blood disorder that makes the person act Satanical in wanting to kill people, and think that Hell is Heven, and being a Marter is going to send that Person who kills others into Heven, yet it takes them to Pergatory instead. It can be reversed. The Reason that I know how I can heal this disease, and how it feels to have this Unbeleiveable Backwards Thinking, and Feeling by this disease. Is I was deliberately infected with this Desease by 36 of His Satarian Demon Witches Who blinked themselves into My Bedroom, while I was alseep in a Nap time one day, and when I woke up, and came downstairs found my house, with all of its bright colors, and textures irritated to My sight and Senses to no end. As the hours went by it got worse, and worse to the Point of Me crying, and Screaming for Help. It was only after a Friend from California named Michael told me I could heal Myself with the 12 Facets of Gods Law with My Own incantation that I had used before with Great Results. So one Part of Me Did So to change the pain into nothing.
It took 3 Earth Hours for me to do this, at first I fought the event, but then when I relaxed and started using each Facet, I found the pain was leaving, and I finally was able to distinguish the difference between Good, and Evil, and Color from Darkness that was clowded by this Desease from the Satarian Blood that was Injected into me. Now I live a Happy, Contented Life for the Service of others.
