Feeling the Love...Of Designing Handmade Products I had a busy week this last week-I completed a large wedding order and shipped it to Minnesota from Cleveland, Ohio, and shipped out a great order of gift card boxes, marketed for a friend of mine, and spent a good portion of my time talking to a client about her wedding details. What fun! I love my work... For fun I wrapped birthday gifts for my grandkids and chatted long distance by phone with all 3 of my daughters! :)... Read More

Stay Focused Or Do Some Tweaking Most young companies will come to a crossroads pretty early on. There will usually be a potential change that will present itself and the leaders will need to decide how to tackle it. It can come in the form of a change in leadership, it can come as a new product or service offering, and it can come in the way of scrapping your start up's marketing campaign and going in a totally different direction. Whatever it is, they will have to decide... Read More
It Takes All Kinds Yesterday was a real eye opener. I helped build a website, or re-build a website, or... well, there was lots of key strokes and mouse button clicking going on. You see we are, at this point, a two man operation. Maybe 2.5 on a good day. I am the operations and sales side of the business and my partner is the programming and nuts and bolts side. Together we make a good team. But I figured I needed to learn how to do some of the stuff he does because, lik... Read More
For the past few days, I've been problematic with my essays. There were just so many things to do considering the fact that I am not very good with writing essays or articles. Anyway, it's such a good thing that my friend told me all about essay writing services online. She suggested that I try it so my problems would be solved. I thought about it so I decided to do some research right after we talked. I wanted to know more about essay writing companies and the services that they offe... Read More
Feeling the Love...Of Fundraising I love fundraising and helping others. I was taught by both my maternal grandparents and my step-dad that it is much better to give than to receive, and I completely agree. There is no better feeling in the world to me than giving to others-it's the heart and soul of me-my very being.... Read More
Saying thank you and feeling appreciative of receiving something means alot to me. My grandma was an amazing woman, and she instilled this wonderful value in me right from the start. It's not just about saying thank you-she wanted me to mean it. Thank you, grandma, for raising me to appreciate what people do for me and for appreciating the little things in life-I love you.... Yes, Cruise Ships Are Safe! by Capt. John L. Beath Costa Cruise Line’s recent disaster has many wondering if cruise ships are safe. Blame for the terrible, and avoidable accident has been squarely blamed on Captain Francesco Schettino– a captain with the cruise line since 2006.
